Terms of Service

Processing Times
Current processing times are available on the shop page itself, depending on the type of product you purchase. Please check the item’s page for the most up-to-date information.

Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds are accepted for non-custom and made-to-order physical goods. Please return the non-custom physical item in its original state within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged item or do not receive a package, please file a claim via email within 14 days of the latest estimated delivery date provided by the carrier. You may choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Attach pictures and/or tracking information, and I will issue a full refund.

Option 2: I will send you a replacement item at no additional charge.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for custom, personalized goods, digital services, or perishable items due to their nature.

Cancellation Rights and Policy
Under EU law, buyers have the right to cancel an order for non-custom items within 14 days of receiving their purchase, as long as the item is in its original, unused state. However, this right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods: Once the production of a custom order has begun or if the item has been specifically tailored to your requests, you waive your 14-day cancellation right.

  • Commissioned custom-made artwork, whether digital or physical, is exempt from the 14-day cancellation period.

Please note: If a cancellation for Commisioned Custom-Made work is allowed mid-project, a non-refundable 50% deposit will apply to cover time invested, consultations, and materials used.

If you accidentally placed an order, a refund will be issued, minus transaction fees (e.g., bank transaction/conversion fees, PayPal transaction fees).

Import Fees and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to their orders. I am not responsible for delays due to customs or carriers. However, I will take all necessary actions to ensure you receive your parcels and will file claims with carriers in your name if necessary. All parcels are sent with standard insurance via DHL. If additional insurance is required (for higher-value items), I will inform you by email.

Packaging
All items are packaged in eco-friendly cardboard boxes and/or decorative bags. BCJ Art & Design adheres to the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) guidelines.

Sizing Details
Sizes are listed in the product description. Please ensure you review the details carefully.

If the size of an item doesn’t meet your needs, please contact me to see if an adjustment is possible. I strive to ensure each client finds the perfect fit.
